Jan-Maarten Van Damme

Jan-Maarten Van Damme serves as Senior Director Consultancy at JLL Belgium.

With 15 years of professional experience, Jan-Maarten specializes in process efficiency, workplace strategy, change management, real estate consultancy and facility management optimization. He is passionate about the strategic combination of People, Business Transformation and Place, helping organizations navigate complex workplace evolutions and optimize their real estate portfolios.

Prior to joining JLL, Jan-Maarten held leadership positions at prominent organizations including KPMG and PwC Belgium, Nationale Nederlanden and Intervest. He was one of the core team members of the New Ways of Work project at AXA Belgium, where he played a pivotal role in transforming workplace strategies and operational frameworks.

Jan-Maarten also serves as a Board member of the International Facility Management Association Belgium (IFMA), demonstrating his commitment to advancing industry standards and best practices in facility management.
