Frederik Van de Vyver

Frederik Van de Vyver is a Senior Director in the Industrial &Logistics Agency at JLL. He focuses on sourcing and developing new business opportunities in the industrial and logistics real estate market throughout Flanders, with a focus on the Antwerp and Limburg regions. Frederik targets potential occupiers and buyers and organizes active prospection campaigns. He also actively manages industrial real estate portfolios and prepares marketing strategies.

With expertise in industrial and logistics real estate, Frederik negotiates and prepares leases and sales with international and national clients.

Before his current role, Frederik held positions at Jones Lang LaSalle, including Key Account Manager and Account Manager in the Industrial & Logistics Agency. He also worked as an Account Executive at Anthonissen & Associates in Antwerp and as a Junior Account Manager in the Retail Agency of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Frederik holds a Master in Real Estate (cum laude) from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, a Master in International Politics (cum laude) and a Master in Applied Economics (cum laude) from the University of Antwerp (UFSIA).
