Felix is Head of International Residential HK team. With his truly global vision and understands how the local economy and client’s needs at the same time, he is experienced in marketing overseas residential projects for many of the leading developers in UK, US, and Japan, including Berkeley Group, Telford Homes Plc, Canary Wharf Group, Mountain Capital, Ballymore, EcoWorld, CPL, Kwok's Family Interest, Tokyu Land and Mitsubishi Cooperation.

Apart from responsible for development of the International Residential Project Sales business in Hong Kong, Felix also plays the important role in maintaining a comprehensive network of high-net-worth clients, family offices and real estate investment fund across Asia by advising them on buying, selling, financing and managing in the above markets and diversify their investments.
