Christophe Golenvaux currently serves as Head of Office Agency Brussels, Wallonia and Luxembourg at JLL Belux since 2022. In this role, he leads the leasing activities for office properties across these regions, managing client relationships and driving business growth in the office sector.

Christophe is an expert in office market dynamics, tenant representation, and landlord advisory services. He brings comprehensive understanding of the Belux office landscape, specializing in transaction management, lease negotiations, and strategic real estate planning. His deep market knowledge enables him to provide valuable insights to clients navigating the evolving office environment.

Prior to his current role, Christophe built a strong foundation in the industrial & logistics sector as Senior Director in JLL's Industrial & Logistics leasing agency. This experience has given him a versatile perspective on commercial real estate and strengthened his ability to analyze market trends across different property types.

Christophe holds a degree in Economics from HUB and has completed an Executive Programme in real estate at Solvay Business School. He is a certified IPI/BIV member (517629) since 2025, demonstrating his commitment to professional standards in the Belgian real estate industry.
