Cathie Chung has over 20 years of experience in real estate related research and consulting. She leads the Hong Kong research team conducting timely and in-depth market analysis and strategic research across, commercial, retail, industrial, data centre and living sectors, helping clients navigate Hong Kong’s complex property market. Cathie connects the dots between wider economic shifts and regulatory changes, helping clients anticipate market movements and make informed decisions.
Before joining JLL, she was Associate Director at Knight Frank’s Hong Kong Research department, and served as portfolio manager for AIG Global Real Estate, monitoring the Asia Pacific property portfolio. As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), she frequently contributes to industry thought leadership and acts as JLL’s key spokesperson in various media, sharing expert views on the city’s evolving real estate landscape.
