Brad Greenway

Brad is Head of Debt and Structured Finance for APAC and Co-head of Debt and Structured Finance for EMEA, based out of the London office.

He is primarily responsible for originating and executing debt and structured finance transactions throughout Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa with additional advisory experience on financings in North America.

During Brad’s tenure at HFF and JLL, he has advised on transactions in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Belize, Canada, Cayman Islands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guyana, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Maldives, Mexico, Morocco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom and the United States.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Brad joined HFF in the firm’s Dallas office in 2013, moved to the firm’s Los Angeles in 2014, and subsequently moved to the London office in 2017 to establish HFF’s European debt and equity placement platform. In January 2026, Brad expanded his tole to include oversite of JLL's debt and structured finance platform in APAC.

During Brad’s tenure at HFF and JLL, he has contributed to the permanent, bridge, construction, mezzanine, preferred and joint venture equity placement of mixed-use, retail, office, multi-housing, industrial, hospitality, single tenant, land and data centre assets and/or companies totalling more than $75.0 billion.

Brad is a current member of JLL's Executive Committee and Global Strategic Transactions Team.
