What if shrinking your office by 62% wasn't a sacrifice — but a statement?
Proximus is doing exactly that. The telecom giant is relocating its Brussels headquarters, moving from 115,000 sqm to 44,000 sqm - for 6,000 employees. On paper, it looks like a cost-cutting exercise. In reality, it's something far more ambitious.
"The office is not just a place to work. It's a physical tool to connect people and amplify their potential" says Margaret Dennis, Director of Workspace Transformation, Proximus.
Rather than simply reducing space, Proximus partnered with JLL's workplace consulting, design, sustainability, and project management teams to reimagine what the office could become. Their new home at Tour & Taxis is targeting Leesman+ Outstanding certification - the highest global benchmark for workplace experience.
Less space. More impact. That's the future of work.
