Before joining JLL in the Middle East, he led Advisory services in Russia and CIS for a decade, where he managed multiple teams and held a position on the Executive Board. In KSA, Tim has built an impressive portfolio working with major public and private clients on significant projects, establishing himself as a respected Expert Witness in high-profile cases. Drawing from his extensive valuation expertise across multiple markets, he is highly sought after for his objective, forthright advice and exceptional market knowledge.

Tim advises premier clients throughout the region including sovereign wealth funds PIF, Mubadala, and ADQ, alongside major developers like Dubai Holding, NEOM, and Emaar.
