Concentration in representing the real estate interests of national corporate occupiers in lease transactions, office/portfolio consolidation requirements, and purchase/sale transactions across the US. Specialized focus on Aerospace & Defense.

• Identification and evaluation of site selection - office, advanced manufacturing, R&D, SCIF/Secure Environments, land

• Management of lease negotiations and review financial implications of transaction(s)
