Current Responsibilities
Patrick is a Vice Chairman and a top-producing industrial broker at JLL. He has spent his entire 20-year career in the Inland Empire — the most dynamic industrial market in the country — advising clients on tenant representation, agency leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and land development.
Patrick's practice spans the full cycle of industrial real estate: he represents occupiers on site selection, build-to-suit, and lease acquisition/disposition transactions, and represents landlords and developers on agency leasing, positioning, and lease-up strategy of industrial assets. His clients range from privately held operators to publicly traded and private-equity-backed companies, with particular depth in complex transaction structuring. While his core business is rooted in the Inland Empire, he also supports select clients on multi-market portfolio engagements.
He is a leader on JLL's 20-member Inland Empire Industrial Team — the #1 industrial team in the firm, a member of JLL's Supply Chain and Logistics Team, Land & Development Group, and has served on JLL's Leadership Council Advisory Board — working with the Americas Executive Leadership team on strategic corporate initiatives.
Experience
Patrick began his real estate career in 2006 at CBRE where in his first year of production, he was named CBRE's National Rookie of the Year in U.S. Industrial Services and the overall Rookie of the Year in Southern California. He joined the JLL Inland Empire Industrial Team in 2014.
Recognized in the National Real Estate Forum's 40 Under 40 List, Patrick is regularly quoted as an industry expert by Globe Street, The Press Enterprise, and CoStar.
Patrick graduated from Chapman University (B.A., Leadership and Organizational Studies, 2006), and now lives in Newport Beach, California with his wife and three young children.
