Securing a new contract with Crown Estate Scotland
Our Scotland Planning team has been awarded a significant new contract to advise Crown Estate Scotland on its Strategic Land Review, both marking an important milestone for the team and establishing a relationship with a key Scottish land manager.
Crown Estate Scotland sought consultants to review existing property assets with current Local Development Plan Allocations, aiming to identify opportunities for direct investment where value can be added. Following a competitive pitch process, we are delighted to have been selected to deliver this comprehensive review across multiple service lines.
Ally Campbell, Scotland Head of Planning, says: "The instruction allows JLL to showcase our expertise in Planning, along with the wider economic value we can provide to clients with our Development and Regeneration team.
Crown Estate Scotland will be a new client for JLL Planning Scotland, which will also allow us to grow our relationship with this key Scottish land manager for future projects, where Planning, Development and Regeneration, along with other JLL service lines can benefit."
