JLL Saudi Arabia joins Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program to champion workplace inclusivity

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 12 May 2026 : JLL today announced the launch of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program across its Saudi offices, advancing its commitment to creating inspiring spaces and experiences that help everyone belong.
The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is a globally recognized symbol that enables individuals with non-visible disabilities, conditions, or chronic illnesses to voluntarily indicate they may need a different pace or more understanding.
Through this initiative, JLL employees will be equipped to offer appropriate assistance when needed while raising awareness about hidden disabilities and paving the way for greater inclusiveness across the workplace, industry, and communities where it operates.
