Working within the parameters of an ambitious timeline and budget considerations, the team delivered the project with minimum variation order, completing the project ahead of its extended schedule and controlling the delays to result in 20% time saving while maintaining quality standards throughout the process. Through strategic procurement solutions and cost management expertise, our team were also able to realise cost efficiencies of 15-20% below projected expenditure.

The new workplace, covering 2,800sqm on an entire floor, offers an innovative and flexible environment aimed at promoting inclusiveness, encouraging dynamic collaboration, and prioritising employee well-being. The space is thoughtfully designed with sustainable features, such as an intelligent lighting control system that adjusts based on occupancy and daylight levels.
