Creating spaces where people can work, connect, and innovate is what motivates Wissam Bejjani in his role as Project Manager within JLL’s Project & Development Services team in KSA. Specialising in fit-out projects, he oversees the full project lifecycle, guiding clients from concept to completion while ensuring quality, coordination, and delivery remain aligned at every stage.

His role goes beyond managing timelines and stakeholders. Wissam sees project management as taking complete ownership of the client’s vision and transforming it into a finished environment that meets both functional and operational goals.

“A project manager becomes the central point of accountability,” says Wissam. “You are responsible for protecting the programme, coordinating all stakeholders, and making sure every detail supports the client’s expectations and overall vision.”

Joining JLL was a natural step for Wissam, who was drawn to the company’s reputation across multiple service lines and its collaborative culture. Since joining, he has had the opportunity to work alongside teams across different areas of the business, gaining exposure to the wider client journey from advisory services through to project delivery.

“The integrated nature of JLL is what makes the experience unique,” he explains. “Working across teams and learning from different specialists has helped me grow professionally while delivering greater value to clients.”

One of the standout milestones in Wissam’s career so far has been leading the delivery of eight F&B locations at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. Delivered within an ambitious 11-month programme, the project involved coordinating multiple stakeholders, international brands, and complex operational requirements within a live airport environment.

Despite the scale and complexity of the work, Wissam believes the people at JLL are what truly distinguish the company.
