As a Senior Interior Designer in JLL’s Project & Development Services team, Bashaer Aljahdali plays a key role in bringing workplaces to life, creating environments that are thoughtful, functional, and tailored to each client’s vision.

From developing initial concepts to coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting the detailed design process, Bashaer enjoys every stage of the creative journey. What motivates her most is seeing ideas transform into spaces that people can truly experience and enjoy.

Joining JLL was an opportunity to challenge herself creatively and grow alongside talented professionals from diverse backgrounds. Since day one, she has been trusted with meaningful responsibilities that have accelerated her development and allowed her to contribute to projects shaping the future of workplaces.

One of the most memorable milestones in her journey so far has been designing a 6,300sqm headquarters for a giga-project developer. Rather than focusing solely on aesthetics, the client wanted to create a workplace that captured a specific feeling and experience for its people. Through multiple creative concepts and close collaboration, Bashaer and the team developed a design that immediately resonated with the client.

“That moment reminded me that great design is not just about how a space looks - it’s about how people feel when they walk into it,” she shares.
