Inclusion matters to me because every person is a unique individual who can contribute value to society. A rich community, or organization, is one that is made up of representatives from all walks of life, with different ideas, aspirations, desires, and skills. To exclude a person based on a particular characteristic is not only unfair and unjust; it is also limiting and short-sighted. The most valuable and respected organizations are those that reflect society and draw on all the rich diversity that society offers.

I am inspiring women to achieve their ambitions at JLL by encouraging them to work and get involved with JLL in their own individual way. Every person is different and the flexibility of JLL’s policies allows women to find their own balance and pace of career progression, personal interests, and community contribution.
