Robert Faulkner

Bob joined JLL in October 2022 and works within the Value and Risk Advisory team in London, specialising in affordable housing investment. He produces valuations of large residential portfolios across the UK which are used as Specialist Supported Housing, homelessness accommodation, and temporary housing. His work provides essential insights for a diverse client base including listed REITs, private investment companies, developers, and specialist lenders navigating the complexities of affordable and social housing investment. Bob brings broader experience across residential and mixed-use development sites, operational residential assets, and the main commercial asset classes.
