Kenson is currently the Director of Business Valuation and ESG Advisory services at JLL. He has extensive experience in providing business valuations and ESG advisory services to Hong Kong and PRC listed companies. He is responsible for sustainability roadmap planning, ESG reporting, climate risk assessment, ESG integration across business and property valuations, as well as delivering ESG training to various professional organizations and ESG clients.
He holds Certificate in ESG Investing issued by CFA Institute, LEED Green Associate credential, WELL Accredited Professional credential and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Carbon Audit certificate issued by Hong Kong Association for Testing Inspection and Certification. He is Certified GHG Carbon Auditor admitted by Hong Kong Institution of Certified Auditors. For business valuation related certificates, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) holder and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.
