James Davies

James has over 12 years of experience and has completed over $10bn of debt advisory transactions across geographies including the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.

James has contributed to the senior, bridge, construction, and mezzanine financing – as well as preferred and joint venture equity placement – of projects involving mixed-use, retail, office, multi-housing, industrial, hospitality, student, single tenant, land and renewable energy assets and/or companies.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, James was a shareholder in a specialist advisory firm called CAPRA which was acquired by JLL in 2021. Previously, James worked on the borrower side at Legal and General Investment Management and started his career in the Corporate Finance department of Cushman & Wakefield.
