Marilee Beaudoin

Marilee is Senior Consultant of the Value and Risk Advisory team of the JLL Montréal office. She stands out for her experience in real estate appraisal mandates for several asset classes, including industrial buildings, office buildings, shopping centres, vacant land as well as retirement homes and multiresidential properties.

Marilee has 10 years of experience in real estate. She specializes in the private, public and parapublic sectors, including public companies, non-profit organizations and cooperatives, and has carried out numerous mandates for well-known assets in Québec.

In addition, Marilee has been involved in a variety of real estate consulting, municipal assessment contestation, expropriation and litigation mandates.

In recent years, Marilee has worked on a variety of properties, primarily in municipal taxation, litigation and expropriation.

Prior to joining JLL, Marilee worked as a supervisor for a major real estate appraisal firm in Montréal.
