Effective July 27, Kilgore oversees the region’s corporate real estate consulting business, focusing on transformation, workplace strategy, AI in real estate, outsourcing strategy, footprint optimization and human-centric design.
Based in Chicago, Kilgore is responsible for leading the 150-person Americas Consulting team to help clients navigate complex corporate transformation. Kilgore reports to Asprey Price and will partner closely with Sanjay Rishi, CEO, Work Dynamics, Americas and Head of Industries at JLL. Her appointment reflects the growing importance of advisory-led relationships as organizations navigate increasingly complex business decisions.
“Clients today are looking for strategic partners who can connect decisions about workplace, culture, AI, talent and brand to broader business outcomes,” Rishi added. “DeJeana’s expertise and forward-looking perspective will help clients evolve their portfolios to drive growth and long-term value.”
She has more than 20 years of experience across technology, design, real estate and consulting. Most recently, Kilgore served as Partner at EY-Parthenon, where she designed and launched the firm’s Workplace Strategy practice. In this role, she led a core team and orchestrated a network of more than 140 corporate real estate consultants.
