JLL expands Boise brokerage team with new Managing Director

BOISE, ID, Aug. 3, 2026 – JLL today announced that Greg Gaddis has joined the firm's Boise office as a Managing Director, adding more than two decades of local market experience to its office and industrial brokerage team.

Gaddis has spent the past 22 years advising tenants, buyers and property owners throughout the Boise metropolitan area. He joins JLL after more than a decade as principal at Tenant Realty Advisors, where he specialized in tenant representation and facility planning for local, regional and national clients. He also served as a commercial real estate broker at Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate (now “TOK”) for 10 years, where he employed a hands-on approach to help clients evaluate real estate decisions from start to finish.

At JLL, he will continue advising office and industrial occupiers, investors and owners throughout Boise and the surrounding region, leveraging the firm's global platform, market intelligence and integrated services to help clients execute their respective real estate strategies.

Gaddis holds both the CCIM and SIOR designations, recognizing expertise in commercial real estate investment, office and industrial brokerage. Outside of his brokerage work, he has served in leadership and volunteer roles with several Idaho conservation organizations, including the Idaho Fish and Wildlife Foundation and the Land Trust of the Treasure Valley. Greg and his wife Mindy live in Boise and spend time with their adult children as often as possible.
