Bruno Van Durme, HSSE Manager at Tétris BeLux, has spent fifteen years working as a project manager before stepping into his current role. That hands-on background shapes everything about how he approaches safety.

To achieve this, Bruno conducts weekly site visits across every active project in Belgium and Luxembourg. Risks are identified, communicated to both subcontractors and Project Managers, and addressed quickly — before they become incidents.
