Bruno Van Durme, HSSE Manager at Tétris BeLux, has spent fifteen years working as a project manager before stepping into his current role. That hands-on background shapes everything about how he approaches safety.

To achieve this, Bruno conducts weekly site visits across every active project in Belgium and Luxembourg. Risks are identified, communicated to both subcontractors and Project Managers, and addressed quickly - before they become incidents.

Tétris's HSSE approach is structured around four concrete pillars:

• Health & safety - zero accidents, every worker goes home safe. No exceptions.
• Reuse & circular economy - building materials are reused wherever possible, reducing the consumption of new raw materials.
• Waste management - construction waste is sorted at source, directly on site.
