JLL promotes Amandine Chizelle to Belgium and Luxembourg Country Lead

BRUSSELS, 15 October 2025 – JLL has appointed Amandine Chizelle as Country Lead Belux (Belgium, Luxembourg). Currently Managing Director Belux & Head of North France for Tétris, and Director of JLL Lille, Chizelle is transitioning from her French roles to focus exclusively on leading JLL and Tétris in Belgium and Luxembourg.

 Chizelle succeeds Sébastien Giordano, who has decided to return with his family to his hometown of Toulouse and will therefore be stepping away from the Belux business at the end of December 2025. The pair will work closely to ensure a seamless transition until the end of the year.

Effective 1 Jan 2026, Chizelle's new role will focus on accelerating growth and strengthening key relationships across the Belux market. She will play a pivotal role in enhancing synergies between JLL and Tétris, championing the 'One JLL' integrated platform to deliver comprehensive solutions spanning workplace transformation for corporate occupiers and strategic asset repositioning and value creation services for property owners and investors. Chizelle's client-centric approach and passion for innovation will be pivotal in supporting businesses navigating evolving workplace strategies. In addition to her country leadership role, Amandine will spearhead both Tétris and Project & Development Services for the Belux region.

Having joined Tétris in 2019, Chizelle has been instrumental in driving the Design and Build business across the Belux and North France regions. She brings nearly two decades of real estate industry experience and deep expertise in delivering turnkey workspace solutions that transform business environments into success factors for CRE organisations.
