JLL Luxembourg strengthens its expertise by opening a dedicated department for industrial and logistics real estate.
JLL, a leader in the Belgian market for industrial and logistics real estate, announces today its expansion into Luxembourg.
JLL Luxembourg is expanding its offering by opening a department dedicated to the industry and logistics within its agency. This initiative aims to better serve its international customers by addressing the growing needs of the Luxembourg market. For many years, many clients of JLL Belgium, such as WDP, MG Real Estate, and Weerts Group, have chosen to establish their presence in Luxembourg or are considering doing so.
In response to this increasing demand, JLL Luxembourg is committed to offering excellent service to its international clients. The opening of this new department is a key step in this growth strategy, aiming to cover all the needs of our clients.
Luxembourg offers numerous advantages for the logistics sector. Its strategic geographical position in the heart of Europe, between France, Germany, and Belgium, makes it a major logistics hub. In addition, the country is crossed by several important road axes, further enhancing its appeal for companies in the sector. Under the leadership of Mathieu Opsomer, Head of Industrial & Logistics Agency BeLux, an experienced team is determined to meet the specific needs of clients. Mathieu Opsomer brings a strong market expertise, with 5 years of experience at King Sturge and nearly 12 years at JLL. His ability to close transactions and his customer-oriented approach will be essential assets in driving the success of our industrial and logistics department in Luxembourg. He is supported by François de Villenfagne, who has nearly 25 years of experience in industrial real estate, and Anouchka Defalque, who joined the JLL Luxembourg team in 2021 in the Retail Agency department.
