JLL appointed as sole leasing agent for Colechurch House
London, 6 March 2026: JLL has been appointed by CIT as sole leasing agents for Colechurch House, a new world class Headquarters building in London Bridge. The proposed scheme, designed by Foster + Partners, will deliver up to 430,000 sq ft of office space across 26 upper levels together with cultural & creative workspaces and urban gardens.
Located in one of London's most sought-after riverside districts, the development sits immediately adjacent to London Bridge transport hub, offering excellent connectivity to the City, West End, Canary Wharf and London's airports.
Colechurch House will be a Net Zero carbon, all electric scheme, delivering market leading sustainability credentials. Designed to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and Well Platinum certifications, the scheme is set to become one of London’s most sustainable office towers. The building features flexible floorplates with panoramic views towards St Paul's, the City and Tower Bridge, alongside sky lounge spaces and roof terraces.
The mixed-use development includes office space, retail, restaurant and leading end of trip gym facilities, and will provide public realm with green spaces for year-round use.
Simon Crotty, Director, Central London Office Leasing at JLL, said: "South Bank continues to establish itself as one of London's most thriving office submarkets, attracting occupiers seeking high-quality space in a vibrant cultural setting. Occupiers are increasingly drawn to the combination of excellent transport links, cultural amenities and riverside location. Colechurch House, with its world-class design and sustainability credentials, is perfectly positioned to capitalise on this demand.
Leasing activity in Southbank during 2025 reached 731,000 sq ft, significantly surpassing the 438,000 sq ft recorded the previous year and standing 34% above the 10‑year annual average of 547,000 sq ft. Notably, 94% of all transactions were for Grade A space, and 87% took place in buildings with BREEAM ‘Excellent’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings. This clearly demonstrates the strong occupier preference for new, best‑in‑class buildings within the market.”
