LONDON, 12 January 2026 – JLL has announced that it has appointed Charles Fraser to head its Flex team within the Leasing Advisory business line in the UK. He will lead the national team to deliver flexible and managed space solutions for both occupier and landlord clients.
Charles has worked in the flexible office market for over 15 years having joined Workspace in 2009 and has led sales for the flexible space provider’s 4.2 million sq ft portfolio since 2019.

As the market grows it is blurring into the conventional market and the JLL team gives holistic advice, covering flex, managed and Cat A options.
