Vincent Van Brée, Head of Capital Markets Belux, is pleased to announce strategic enhancements to his Capital Markets team, reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional service during this dynamic economic environment.

Leander Asnong has been promoted to Senior Investment Advisor, where he will lead our Industrial and Logistics Capital Markets activities. Having demonstrated exceptional performance during his tenure with JLL Capital Markets Belux over the past year, Leander now takes on expanded responsibilities as our specialized expert for Industrial and Logistics transactions. His market knowledge and strategic insight position him to guide clients through the opportunities within this rapidly evolving sector.

Sebastien Tori joins JLL as Investment Advisor, transitioning from his successful internship with our organization to a full-time position on our Capital Markets team. Sebastien brings fresh perspective and growing expertise that will enhance our ability to support clients across diverse investment opportunities.

These appointments reflect JLL's continued investment in talent and our commitment to maintaining market leadership during challenging economic conditions. Our Capital Markets team now comprises seven highly skilled professionals dedicated to serving clients across Belgium and Luxembourg.
