As of 1st January, Amandine Chizelle has stepped into the role of Country Lead for Belgium and Luxembourg, also heading Tétris and Project & Development Services for the Belux region.
Driving growth through integration
Chizelle's new role will focus on accelerating growth and strengthening key relationships across the Belux market. She will play a pivotal role in enhancing synergies between JLL and Tétris, championing the 'One JLL' integrated platform to deliver comprehensive solutions spanning workplace transformation for corporate occupiers and strategic asset repositioning and value creation services for property owners and investors. Chizelle's client-centric approach and passion for innovation will be pivotal in supporting businesses navigating evolving workplace strategies. In addition to her country leadership role, Amandine will spearhead both Tétris and Project & Development Services for the Belux region.

With nearly two decades of real estate industry experience and a track record of driving the Design and Build business since joining Tétris in 2019, Chizelle brings deep expertise in delivering turnkey workspace solutions.

Amandine holds a Civil Engineering degree from École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) in Paris, one of France's prestigious engineering schools, providing her with the technical knowledge that underpins her approach to the built environment.
