Retail remains on track starting 2026 with strong performance metrics: The retail sector, after achieving record investment volumes in 2025, continues this momentum with €147.45 Mln invested in Q1 2026.

Outstanding performance for retail warehousing: Investment activity was strong across all retail segments. However, retail warehousing led with 77%. High street assets and shopping centre played a secondary role, accounting for 13% and 10% respectively.

Domestic Exclusivity: 100% of transactions were successfully concluded by local investors, with over 95% private investors.
