Belgium Industrial Capital Markets Market Dynamics, Q2 2025

Investors remain keenly focused on Belgium’s industrial assets, as evidenced by the sector's dominant position in H1 2025, capturing almost 50% of the total real estate investments volume with €768 million deployed year-to-date.

Industrial prime yields remained stable, with the exception along the Brussels Antwerp logistics axis where prime yields slightly compressed. 

Strong investor appetite and a healthy deal pipeline suggest 2025 will establish new benchmarks for the sector as capital continues targeting quality industrial assets across the country.
