Analysing developers’ sentiment in Belgium and Luxembourg
JLL and the UPSI / BVS, in partnership with Trends Tendances, have conducted a survey targeting developers active in Belgium and / or Luxembourg or internationally. 135 firms from Belgium and Luxembourg answered to the poll. We have preserved the anonymity of participants, so the results are sector-agnostic.
The key thematics were:
Is Brussels still the favourite place to invest?
What are the main challenges faced by developers?
Has the attitude from banks changed?
Is ESG still a priority?
Some of the results of the analysis were surprising.
