Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
During my career I have had some great mentors, sponsors and advocates here at JLL — Vickie Evers and Janyth Toye are two that come to mind. Both demonstrated principled leadership and were comfortable leading matrixed teams of men and women. Their consistent example served as a role model for my pragmatic and agile management style.
Why does inclusion matter to you?
Inclusion matters to me because it allows me to do my best work and leverage my entire skillset to benefit the organization.
