Indra Nooyi. She is an inspiration to me because she achieved her role through hard work, fierce ambition and a well-researched approach. She believes in leading with purpose and focusing on the long-term ambitions of a company rather than solely driving short-term profit.

I believe strongly in being a mentor and sponsor to up-and-coming female talent. I have had a unique path in JLL having worked in three regions and I enjoy sharing my experiences in the hope that they can help someone else find their way through our large organization. I also believe in aiming to have a ‘seat at the table’ in order to drive change in the industry and at JLL.
