The landlord was represented in all transactions by a team from JLL, who is responsible for attracting new tenants and negotiating contract renewals.

By July 2018, the portfolio of tenants in Lumen and Skylight were joined by companies such as Oerlikon, Regalix Poland, Hitachi Vantara and Greenstone. In turn, Michael Page, Tauron Poland Energia, Mars Poland, Loyalty Partner, ITDS Poland and ASB Poland have all decided to select additional space, while companies such as XL Energy Marketing, Hydroinwestycje and Heitman have renewed their lease agreements.

“The excellent result in H1 2018 confirms that Lumen and Skylight are two of the most prestigious properties on Warsaw's highly competitive office market. This is shown not only by new tenants but also by the numerous expansions and renegotiations”, explains Małgorzata Arseniuk, Senior Consultant, Office Agency, JLL.

Lumen and Skylight office buildings comprise part of the immensely popular Złote Tarasy complex. In total, both buildings offer over 45,000 sq m of state-of-the-art space providing comfortable working conditions. An undoubted advantage of Lumen and Skylight is their location - right in the heart of Warsaw and in the immediate vicinity of a wide range of amenities such as restaurants, shops and cinemas. In addition, they are located in close proximity to Dworzec Warszawa Centralna station and well-served by public transportation. The investment was developed in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction, which is illustrated by BREEAM certification.
