Prior to his current role, Mr. Wagoner was the Director of Technology for the Corporate Accounts business group where he was responsible for the strategy, marketing and deployment of technology to corporate clients.  Previously, as a member of the Facilities Management group, he was the implementation manager for the multi-client National Property Service Center where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm’s virtual management facility service center.

Mr. Wagoner was the Manager of the Internal Information Technology Application support group where he was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all client facing business applications.

Additionally, Mr. Wagoner has served as the Audit and Quality Control Manager where he was responsible for auditing and assessing the quality of the financial management services provided by the regional offices to our clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wagoner was a financial manager with MetLife and a regional controller for Insignia Financial Group (acquired by CB Richard Ellis).


Mr. Wagoner gained public accounting experience with KPMG Peat Marwick.


Mr. Wagoner is a recipient of the JLL Club award which recognizes exceptional contributions that create real value for clients and the firm.



Mr. Wagoner earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Bob Jones University.  He has completed Post Baccalaureate work at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.  Mr. Wagoner is a C.P.A.


Mr. Wagoner is a past president and board member of one of the world’s largest  501(c)(3) charitable organizations dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of golden and labrador retrievers.  He currently serves on committees for a variety of social, religious and charitable organizations.
