​Mr. Dyer is Chief Executive Officer of JLL Incorporated, the leading integrated global real estate services and investment management firm. The firm has 200 offices worldwide and operates in more than 1,000 locations in 70 countries.

Colin has overall responsibility for guiding JLL’s strategic direction and growth and for chairing the firm’s Global Executive Committee, the most senior internal management committee. He is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.

Since Colin joined JLL in 2004, the firm’s revenues have more than tripled through organic growth, 44 strategic acquisitions across the globe, and the addition of 100 offices and twenty new countries to its geographic footprint.

In 2000, Colin was named the founding CEO of the WorldWide Retail Exchange, an Internet-based business-to-business exchange that utilizes sophisticated technology to enable retailers and manufacturers to improve efficiency through e-procurement and supply chain processes.   

During his tenure, he guided the organization’s strategic direction as it expanded to offices in Washington, D.C., Paris and Tokyo, with a membership of more than 40 of the world’s leading retailers and manufacturers, and US$9 billion worth of activity.

From 1996 until 2000, Colin was CEO of Courtaulds Textiles plc, an international clothing and fabric company operating in 17 countries with 22,000 employees and sales of US$1.3 billion. He began his career with Courtaulds in 1982 as Managing Director of the Dutch retail chain, GDL, and held various positions with the company before being named Chief Executive.

Previously, from 1978 to 1982, Colin served with McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam as a client manager to firms in the banking, chemical, retail, petrochemical, medical equipment and aerospace industries.

Colin holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College in London. He speaks Dutch, English and French.
