JLL Receives Highest Accolades on IAOP Global Outsourcing 100®

CHICAGO, April 15, 2015 — JLL’s (NYSE:JLL) strong track record of delivering corporate real estate value through business intelligence, productivity, efficiency and innovation earned the firm a ‘highest-rated’ position in all four categories of the 2015 Global Outsourcing 100®. The annual listing published by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) features the world’s best outsourcing service providers across all industries.

The four distinguishing judging categories factoring into the 2015 Global Outsourcing 100 are size and growth, delivery excellence, programs for innovation and corporate social responsibility (CSR). JLL is among the ‘highest-rated’ service providers in each category.
“JLL being recognized on the Global Outsourcing 100 as ‘highest-rated’ is a testament to our ability to drive business productivity through the strategic use of real estate,” said John Forrest, Chair, Global Corporate Solutions Board and CEO, Americas Corporate Solutions, JLL. “As more companies outsource their real estate activities, our best-in-class services and flexible approach will continue to help our clients achieve their business goals.”

The 2015 Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers. Applicants are judged by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and are measured against a rigorous scoring methodology. JLL’s overall score on the Global Outsourcing 100 was 52 percent higher than the average score.

“Buyers understand there are hundreds of qualified service providers and advisors out there, but what they really need to understand now is what makes each exceptional,” said IAOP CEO, Debi Hamill. “The new Global Outsourcing 100 recipients have done just that. We’re proud to recognize JLL for being among the ‘highest-rated’ companies among peers in terms of growth, delivery excellence, innovation and CSR.”

The Global Outsourcing 100 and its sub-lists are essential references for companies seeking new and expanded relationships with the best companies in the industry. The lists include companies from around the world that provide the full spectrum of outsourcing services — not just information technology and business process outsourcing, but also facility services, real estate and capital asset management, manufacturing and logistics.

A leader in real estate outsourcing, JLL’s Corporate Solutions business helps corporations improve productivity in the cost, efficiency and performance of their national, regional or global real estate portfolios by creating outsourcing partnerships to manage and execute a range of corporate real estate services. This service delivery capability helps corporations improve business performance, particularly as companies turn to the outsourcing of their real estate activity as a way to manage expenses and enhance profitability.
