Jones Lang LaSalle expands project development services to include luxury residences in mid-Atlantic region

Heather Bristol joins JLL as Executive Vice President in Luxury Residences group


WASHINGTON, June 10, 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that it has expanded its Project and Development Services scope beyond commercial projects to include high-end residences and embassies in the Mid-Atlantic region. As part of the new Luxury Residences service line, JLL provides commercial-quality project management for primary residences and vacation homes.

“There is strong demand in the high-end residential market for the project development services we have provided to the commercial real estate, healthcare, hospitality and multi-family market for decades,” said Chris Molivadas, Managing Director, Jones Lang LaSalle.  “JLL’s experts work to provide solutions and eliminate surprises by developing an overall plan to implement a client’s creative vision while also staying on schedule and under budget.  We typically save our clients more than 100% of our fee.”

Heather Bristol has joined JLL as an Executive Vice President and will co-lead the Luxury Residences group with Pete Lambis who has been with JLL for 15 years.  Bristol brings more that 20 years of real estate experience as a certified international luxury real estate specialist. Her experience includes new construction, renovation build out and design consultation, historic residences, equestrian estates, space planning services and second home construction management.
