Downtown Trophy assets experienced their fifth straight quarter of vacancy rate declines in Q1, falling to 6.1 percent—the lowest point since 2002. Much of this growth has been aided by large-block relocations from the suburbs. We see landlords maintaining maximize leverage through at least 2017.
