Asia Pacific expansion plans under way for U.S. fashion retailer Tommy Bahama

JLL is working exclusively with US fashion retailer Tommy Bahama across a variety of markets within Asia Pacific, including Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Macau and Australia.

Using our connectivity and resources across the region, JLL provided market entry advice to this exciting US brand and supporting their expansion. Highlights include the acquisition of a 6000 sq ft flagship store in the Wanchai area of Hong Kong and a fantastic 2,000 sq ft store in Wisma Atria, marking the brand’s entry into Singapore.

Further sites are now under negotiation as Tommy Bahama look to continue their expansion across Asia Pacific, with JLL an important part of their extended team.
