Market entry strategy for SuperGroup generated over £10 million of capital contribution – United Kingdom

Supergroup-retail-case-study.jpgA distinctive branded UK fashion retailer, Supergroup Plc today offers a wide range of premium men’s and women’s clothing under its flagship brand, Superdry, together with other own brands such as 77Breed, SurfCo California and a number of third-party products which are sold in its Cult stores.

Today, SuperGroup Plc operates a multi-channel business through a combination of 61 UK standalone stores and 75 concessions in the UK, including one in Harrods. The Superdry brand now dominates the Group’s retail sales and was the most successful flotation of 2010.

JLL have acted as an exclusive advisor to SuperGroup since 2003. Delivering a Market entry strategy to secure 30 stores generating over £10 million of capital contribution, there are now an additional 30 stores targeted for opening in 2011.
