Galeria, St Petersburg: Despite tough conditions our leasing experts pre-leased 98% of this space that now attracts over 60,000 visitors daily

The Galeria Centre offers a superior shopping experience, boasting an average daily footfall in excess of 60,000 visitors. The interior offers a comfortable open area, set over 5 floors, comprising 23,000 sq.m. of retail and leisure space.  The mezzanines on the ground floor units add a unique dimension to retailers, allowing an increased visual impact. 

70 new brands have entered St Petersburg through Galeria, and for 25% of tenants it has been an entry into Russia.

JLL have acted as exclusive leasing agent since the site’s acquisition. Despite leasing being carried out during the credit crunch, JLL had over 98% of the GLA leased before Galeria opened.
