Project management for ABN AMRO, Warsaw

ABN AMRO WarsawIn a period of March until December 2007 JLL carried out a full scope of project management services for office space adjustment for ABN AMRO Poland.

Scope of works included rebuilding part of the building along with adjustment of technical installation of an 400 sqm office space.

Consultancy in technical appendices preparation.

  • Defining the Project standards, Co-ordination of the designers;
  • Contractors instructing;
  • Conducting pitches for development and installation works, cost consulting negotiations and contracts conditions. Coordination and supervision of the development and installation process;
  • Cost control, conducting hand - overs, complementing of sub contracts documentation 
  • Project Design has been completed and office layout was ready on agreed time with full satisfaction of our client;
  • We achieved for our client savings both in the budgeting phase and in execution stage;
  • Despite of a numerous changes to the projects and in consequence additional works, everything has been terminated within the deadline and budget;
  • In spite of significant number of additional works, the project has been completed and met high standards with regards of timing and costs.

Permanent assistance to the client has built the constructive and trustful relationship with the client and often caused synergy effect. Permanent cooperation allowed to introduce immediately the specific ABN AMRO requirements and standards in all processes and phases of the project.
